Lay minute steaks out separated to thaw.
Prepare Stove Top stuffing according to directions.
Place a spoonful of stuffing on each minute steak.
Roll the minute steak up.

Minute Steak

Mix flour, salt and pepper.
Coat steak with flour mixture. Heat shortening in skillet and add the coated steak.
Brown on one side, turn over and brown.
Pour about 1 cup water over the steak and cover.
Let cook over low heat until cooked down to gravy.

Stuffed Minute Steak

Mix honey and soy sauce. Set aside. Combine hot water and butter. Stir in Stove Top. Spoon 1/2 cup stuffing on each steak. Roll steak and secure with picks.
Put into baking dish.
Spoon honey mixture on top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.

Drain mushroom pieces.
Reserve liquid.
Season with salt and pepper.
Roll each steak tightly; fasten with toothpicks.
Place steak in baking pan.
Pour consomme over steaks.
Cover.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until done.
Remove steaks to hot platter.
Combine cornstarch and reserved liquid.
Add to hot consomme and heat until thickened.
Spoon over steak. Sprinkle with some parmesan cheese, if desired.
