Faye'S Favorite Minute Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. minute steak
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 cans mushroom soup
    salt and pepper
    prepared mustard
    flour
Preparation
    Cover both sides of minute steak with prepared mustard, then flour both sides.
    Brown steak in oil on both sides.
    Spread sliced onion over top of meat.
    Mix soup and 1 cup water to make gravy.
    Pour over browned meat and simmer for 1 hour or until tender.
    Season as desired.
