Overnight Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 6 lb. round steak roast
1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
Preparation

Nine
p.m.:
Braise
roast
on both sides (stove top or grill).
Place roast in baking dish.
Sprinkle with all of the onion soup mix.
Add water, enough to come halfway up sides of roast.
Cover
top completely with heavy-duty foil or 2 sheets regular foil.
This should make container steamproof.
Cook in 225\u00b0
oven
about
8
hours.
Go
to bed.
Roast will be ready tomorrow a.m.
