Homemade Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can wedged tomatoes
1 small onion
1/2 green pepper
4 pieces minute steak
salt
pepper
Preparation
-
Fry minute steak in pan until brown.
Drain fat.
Pour can of tomatoes on top of steak.
Add diced onions and green peppers. Salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer on low for 30 minutes.
