Mix milk, butter, sugars and salt in a heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring, constantly. Boil 6 mins., stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; add vanilla and powdered sugar.
Beat with mixer until smooth and thick; add nuts.
Pour into buttered pan and freeze for 20 minutes Cut into pieces once set. Makes 1 pound.
To make peanut butter fudge: Follow vanilla nut fudge recipe but cut butter to 1/4 cup and add 1/2 cup peanut butter.
Cook, over low heat, the milk and syrup, and stir often to keep from scorching.

Arrange pecans on a buttered cookie sheet, usually 5 per turtle so it looks like a turtle with four legs and a head.

Remove from heat and stir in chips and butter.
Add vanilla and nuts.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch dish.
Let stand in refrigerator for 6 hours.
Cut into small squares.
Will keep in refrigerator for months if tightly covered.

Line an aluminum loaf pan with waxed paper.
Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl in 15-second intervals, stirring after each melting, 1 to 3 minutes.
Mix walnuts, goat milk, corn syrup, vanilla extract, and salt into chocolate; stir until glossy. Pour into prepared loaf pan; cool until solidified, 2 hours or overnight.
Invert loaf pan to remove fudge, peel off waxed paper, and cut into squares. Refrigerate to set, about 30 minutes.
Blend powdered milk and sugar in blender.
Add melted butter and hot water.
Blend well.
Use when recipe calls for 1 can Eagle Brand milk or 1 can sweetened condensed milk.
Boil milk in a heavy-bottomed pot
Bring milk to a boil in a heavy deep bottomed pan.
Stir constantly while the milk is boiling.
Once it reduces, scrape off any dried milk from the sides of the pan.
Cook until the milk reduces to the consistency of mashed potatoes.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Transfer to a heat-resistant container.
Cover and store refrigerated for upto 1 week.
Use in Indian desserts as required.

Cook over medium high heat, stirring often.
Gently boil mixture until it reaches the softball stage.
Remove from heat.
Add butter extract, Toffee bits, and butter.
Beat by hand until mixture is thick.
Pour into a generously buttered 8x8 inch pan.
Place cubed papaya along with spices(start with just a little and add more to taste) into the blender.
Pour in cold milk with ice to make as thin or thick as you like it.
