Using a microwave bacon rack, cook bacon on
Grease 9-inch pie pan or quiche dish.
Layer meat, cheese and vegetables.
Beat milk, mayonnaise, Bisquick and eggs for 1 minute. Pour into pan. Microwave on inverted plate on Medium-high for 18 to 20 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Press rice evenly on bottom and sides of pie plate to form \"shell\".
Combine all other ingredients in measuring cup and heat thoroughly (3 minutes on High and 3 on Medium).
Pour into pie plate.
Microwave, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes at 40% power. Quiche will be almost set in middle.
Allow to stand 5 minutes before serving.
Keeps well in refrigerator and is good cold.
Hand mix all ingredients until moist.
Do not use mixer or beat by hand.
Spoon mixture evenly in a 3-quart microwave casserole dish with cone insert.
