30 Minute Low-Fat Microwave Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Pillsbury Ready-Crust
    4 oz. chopped mushroom stems, drained
    1 1/2 c. low-fat shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 green onions, sliced
    1 1/4 c. skim milk
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 box chopped frozen broccoli
Preparation
    Place crust in 9-inch glass pie plate and flute edges. Microwave on Roast 6 to 6 1/2 minutes or until brown spots just begin to appear on crust.
    Cool.
