Microwave Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shredded cheese (Swiss, mild Cheddar, etc.)
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 eggs
1 shredded carrot
1/2 c. chopped vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, etc.)
1/2 c. chopped meat (ham, chicken, etc.)
1/8 tsp. each: salt, pepper and celery salt
Preparation

Grease 9-inch pie pan or quiche dish.
Layer meat, cheese and vegetables.
Beat milk, mayonnaise, Bisquick and eggs for 1 minute. Pour into pan. Microwave on inverted plate on Medium-high for 18 to 20 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes.
