Use box of burrito dinner.
Use deer meat, ground turkey or Maverick lite beef.
After browning, drain off all fat.
Follow rest of directions.
Serve with fat-free sour cream, picante sauce, fat-free shredded cheese and diced tomatoes and onions.
Serve with Guiltless Gourmet nacho chips and yellow Mexican rice.

Teresa'S Mexican Lasagna

Preheat oven to 350*
Brown ground beef and drain any grease.
Over low heat return ground beef back to skillet and add the nacho cheese soup, the soup can of salsa,( and the corn or refried beans if desired).
Blend well and remove from heat.
In a 2 quart round casserole dish , spread a little of your hamburger mixture.
Next lay a flour tortilla, then a little more of your hamburger mix.
Repeat layers ending with your sauce on top.
Top with 1 cup of mexican cheese blend.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Nacho Cheese Dip

Brown hamburger, then drain grease.
Add Velveeta by cutting up in chunks.
Add Cheez Whiz.
Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and onion. Cook until all cheeses have melted and everything is well blended. Serve with nacho chips.

Mexican Salsa Dip

Brown ground beef and drain off grease.
Add salsa and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
Pour cheese on top of mixture, let melt. Serve with nacho chips.

Mexican Casserole

Put 1/2 bag crumbled chips on bottom of 8 x 12-inch casserole. Brown hamburg and onion, drain.
Add tomato sauce, nacho cheese soup and taco seasoning mix.
Cook until boiling.
Spoon over chips in pan.
Spread sour cream over top.
Put grated cheese on then other 1/2 bag chips on top.
Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.

Mexican Dip

Layer in a pie plate or platter the avocados sprinkled with garlic powder, salt and lemon juice.
Spread with sour cream.
Put chili dip on top of sour cream, then layer chopped green onions (stems too) and tomato, then chopped black olives (these could go on top of cheese), then grated Monterey Jack and sharp Cheddar. Keep in refrigerator until serving.
Serve with nacho or tortilla chips.

Mexican Meat

Brown ground round, breaking into small pieces (crumbled). Drain and add Ro-Tel and jar of picante sauce.
Mix thoroughly. May rinse jar with small amount of water and add to meat.
Lower heat and simmer 15 minutes.
Serve as filling for tacos or see Mexican Pie recipe, Mexican Taco Salad or Mexican Goulash recipes.

Meaty Nacho Dip

Cook chuck and sausage scrambled.
Put all ingredients in crock-pot and allow cheeses to melt; stir often.
Serve with nacho chips and hot peppers, if you like.

Easy Mexican Chicken Bake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, mushroom soup, chicken soup, nacho cheese soup, process cheese food and chili powder to taste.
Spread a layer of tortilla chips in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread the mixture over the chips and top with the remaining chips.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 to 45 minutes, or until all the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Nacho Cheese Dip

Brown ground beef and drain fat.
Combine meat, soup and cheese.
Heat until melted.
Serve with nacho chips or Tostitos.
