Hot Beef Nacho Dip - cooking recipe

8 None flour tortillas
None None Oil, for brushing
1 tbsp olive oil
2 None green onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp Mexican spice
1/2 tsp ground cumin
8 oz ground beef
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup cilantro leaves, plus additional, to serve
1 tbsp lime juice
None None Tabasco sauce, lime wedges, to serve
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. For the tortilla chips, brush tortillas with a little oil. Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a baking pan. Bake 5-10 mins.
Heat oil in a large skillet on high heat. Saute onion, garlic, Mexican spice and cumin 2-3 mins.
Add ground beef, brown well, 4-5 mins, breaking up lumps as it cooks. Cool slightly.
Combine beef with cream cheese, sour cream, cilantro and lime juice. Mix well. Serve topped with additional cilantro leaves and a drizzle of Tabasco. Accompany with tortilla chips and lime wedges.
