Nacho Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. Mexican Velveeta
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz (plain or Mexican)
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chili peppers, drained
1 onion, chopped
Preparation

Brown hamburger, then drain grease.
Add Velveeta by cutting up in chunks.
Add Cheez Whiz.
Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and onion. Cook until all cheeses have melted and everything is well blended. Serve with nacho chips.
