Mexican Dip

Grease a 2-quart casserole dish. Spread refried beans over bottom of dish. Mix taco seasoning and sour cream in a separate bowl and blend entirely. Spoon sour cream mixture over refried beans. Pour jar of salsa over mixture and top with Mexican shredded cheese. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips. This is a great appetizer!

In a large glass salad bowl, spread the 2 cans of bean dip. Top this with the avocados which have been dipped in lemon juice. Sprinkle this with black pepper.
Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix.
Spread on top of avocados.
Chop the large bunch of onions, including the tops.
Layer over sour cream mixture.
Chop the tomatoes and layer over the onions.
Top them with the ripe olives which have been chopped.
Cover with the Cheddar cheese.
Chill!
Serve with the Doritos.

Mexican Chicken Pizza

Cut chicken into cubes and season with chili powder, salt and pepper. Saute chicken until done.
Saute onion and green pepper until soft, 10-15 minutes.
Bake pizza crust 10-15 minutes, or according to package directions. Remove from oven and spread salsa over crust. Add onion and green pepper over salsa. Place chicken over pizza and top with Mexican cheese.
