Place yams into a large pot and
Peel and halve yams then boil until cooked through and drain.
Mash yams and cover to keep warm while cooking the rest.
Combine all ingredients except the yams and eggs in a seperate pan and cook on the stove top over medium high to high heat until it comes to a slow boil and simmer for a just couple more minutes.
Add mashed yams and and eggs and stir until combined.
Thicken with instant mased potatos if desired and serve.

Place in buttered 9 x 13 dish.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
Combine corn flakes, pecans, brown sugar and butter.
Mix well and sprinkle topping on yams.

Put mashed yams in casserole. Mix together margarine, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, brown sugar and honey.

Spread in layers in casserole: mashed yams, marshmallows, chopped nuts, dot of butter and a small amount of brown sugar.
Cover top sparingly with brown sugar; place walnut halves on top.

Add dry ingredients and mashed yams, pecans and vanilla.
Mix thoroughly. Put into greased tube pan and bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0
for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Cool.
Slit cake horizontally and spread filling between sections.
Add sugar and butter to mashed yams.
Add well beaten eggs and beat until smooth.
Add milk.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Cook in 350\u00b0 oven until done.
Drain peach halves.
Arrange halves with cut side up in baking dish.
(To make peaches stand upright, cut thin slice from bottom of each half.)
Cream the butter and mashed yams.
Add brown sugar, orange peel and salt.
Add brandy and blend.
Spoon mixture onto peach halves.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. (Can microwave on High for 4 minutes, turning once during cooking.)

Beat until fluffy. Fold in 1/2 teaspoon pecans.
Spoon into a buttered 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with rest of pecans and sugar on top. Drizzle rest of butter on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
