Yams Casserole With Pecan Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. mashed yams
    6 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    2/3 c. coarsely chopped pecans
    1 egg, beaten
    6 Tbsp. butter, melted
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine yams, egg, 3 tablespoons brown sugar, 3 tablespoons butter, orange juice and salt.
    Beat until fluffy. Fold in 1/2 teaspoon pecans.
    Spoon into a buttered 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle with rest of pecans and sugar on top. Drizzle rest of butter on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
