Take one whole chicken and rub barbecue poultry seasoning inside and out. Open can of beer; drink approximately half of the beer. Set the can of beer on the grill of your barbecue pit. Hold open the large end of the chicken and stand it up on the grill with the beer can inside the chicken. Slow smoke over your favorite wood for 3 to 4 hours or until done for the most tender juicy chicken ever made. Enjoy.
