Baked Chicken With Celery Salt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) whole chicken
    pepper
    fresh herbs (if available)
    celery salt
    2 to 3 cloves garlic
Preparation
    Wash chicken thoroughly and pat dry.
    Coat with pepper to taste.
    Insert garlic in cavity along with fresh herbs; sage and thyme are good as well as basil.
    Coat chicken with lots of celery salt until you have a thick coating.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until done. Celery salt makes a juicy chicken with a crisp crust.
