Suzannne'S Juicy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless, skinless chicken breast
    lemon juice
    Tabasco sauce
    Worcestershire sauce
    onion
    reduced calorie margarine
Preparation
    For each serving of chicken breast, salt and pepper as desired, and oil with bit of margarine.
    Place piece on an individual sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil.
    Pour a little lemon juice, dash of Tabasco, dash of Worcestershire sauce, slice of onion and a small pat of margarine on each breast.
    Fold and seal each package tightly.
    Cook on a cookie sheet in a 400\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Can be cooked ahead.
