Juicy Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. crushed Cheerios
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer chicken parts
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Line a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with aluminum foil.
Mix cereal, salt and pepper.
Dip chicken in milk; roll in cereal, salt and pepper mixture until well coated.
Place chicken skin side up in pan.
Drizzle with melted butter.
Bake until chicken is done, about 1 hour.
Do not turn chicken.
