Juicy Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. Cheerios cereal, finely crushed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer/broiler chicken, cut up
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Line 13 x 9 x 2-inch rectangular pan with aluminum foil.
Mix cereal, salt and pepper.
Dip chicken into milk, then roll in cereal mixture until well coated.
Place chicken, skin side up in pan.
Drizzle with melted margarine.
Bake until chicken is done, about 1 hour.
Do not turn chicken.
Makes 4 servings.
