In a large pan, place olive oil and heat. Saute onion, cut in half and thinly sliced, until soft. Add cabbage, slivered with knife, tossing for 1 to 2 minutes. Add carrots which are shredded. Toss in pan 1 minute. Add turkey kielbasa, cut in pieces.

Add seasonings. Add boiling water. Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer. Cover and cook 15 minutes.
Put olive oil in skillet and make sure the bottom is coated. Chop onion and saute 2-3 minutes or until translucent. Add squash, pepper and mushrooms. Cook until tender. Add sauce and kielbasa. Cook on medium for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, boil spaghetti in large pot. When spaghetti is done, drain well and add sauce, which will be nice and chunky.
