Sauteed Cabbage With Kielbasa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 large onion
    1/2 head cabbage
    2 large carrots
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. caraway or dill weed
    1 red apple
    1 turkey kielbasa
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    In a large pan, place olive oil and heat. Saute onion, cut in half and thinly sliced, until soft. Add cabbage, slivered with knife, tossing for 1 to 2 minutes. Add carrots which are shredded. Toss in pan 1 minute. Add turkey kielbasa, cut in pieces.
    Add apple, cored and sliced.
    Add seasonings. Add boiling water. Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer. Cover and cook 15 minutes.
