Mix dry jello, mayonnaise and cream cheese.
Add boiling water (1/2 cup), mix well and add other ingredients.

Let set until firm (overnight).
Dissolve orange jello in 2 cups hot water and pour over firm jello.
Serve.

When slightly congealed, remove and add pineapple (which has been drained) and nuts.
Mix thoroughly and sprinkle marshmallows on top.
