Fruit Jello Salad(Makes One Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box lime jello
    1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple (in own syrup)
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2/3 c. nuts
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in 1 1/2 cups of hot water.
    Reserve 1/3 cup to mix with mayonnaise.
    Add canned pineapple and juice.
    Stir in cottage cheese.
    Mix the mayonnaise with 1/3 cup hot jello and add to the rest of mixture.
    Add nuts last.
    Set in refrigerator.
