Single Egg J'Omlet:
Preheat skillet with vegetable oil or margarine.
Beat in a single egg with a dash of pepper and a splash of milk.
Spread some margarine on one side of a slice of bread.
Pour the egg batter into the skillet and place slice of bread with the spread up.
When the egg is cooked, turn it over for the bread to toast.
Add a slice of cheese, cut up in strips. Allow cheese to melt. Remove from pan and add maple syrup, if desired.
