Sommersalad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 zucchini
    1 turnip/radish
    3 carrots
    mint leaf
    parsley
    pepper
    salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon J.
    4 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Wash and cut veggies into small strips, julienne.
    Mix together mint leaf, parsley, pepper, salt, lemon J. and oil.
    Mix and cut veggies and add homemade salad dressing.
    Let stand for an hour so veggies can absorb the dressing.
