Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Stir in quick-cooking steel -cut Irish oatmeal and reduce to a simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Stir in Italian Sweet Creme, milk and cook oatmeal 1-2 minutes.
Remove oatmeal from heat and let stand for a minute.
Place Steel-Cut Irish Oatmeal in warm bowls and add 1-tablespoon chopped Maple Walnuts.
Garnish with a dash ground cinnamon and serve.
Chef's Note: Recipe can be doubled.

Add tomatoes, onion soup mix and Italian seasonings.

In a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole, layer 1/3 of the zucchini, onion and tomatoes.
Squeeze 1 lemon, quartered, over all. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning and 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
Repeat layers.
Dot with margarine.
Squeeze remaining lemon over all.
Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until vegetables are done.
Yield:

Mix everything together, and form into golf ball size meatballs, or smaller if thats to your liking. Slowly drop meatballs into my old world Italian spaghetti sauce recipe #139406 when it reaches a slow simmer (about 1/2 hour into cooking time) Be sure to stir slowly and often so meatballs don't stick and crumble in the pot.
At medium high heat, brown all sides of the roast in a large pan.
Pour all the contents in the jar of pepperoncini's onto the roast.
Pour the Italian dressing seasoning mix into the liquid around the roast and stir to dissolve.
Turn the heat down to low and let cook for 4-6 hours, until the meat falls apart when pulled apart with forks.
Place the italian bread in the oven at 350 degrees until toasted. (about 4 minutes) Cut into desired size and slice in half, place the meat on the bread and enjoy!
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine sweet potatoes, 3/4 stick softened butter, sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, eggs and evaporated milk.
Pour into buttered casserole dish.
Bake for 20 minutes. While souffle is baking, melt 1/2 stick butter; stir in cornflakes, brown sugar and nuts.
Spread on top of souffle. Cover with miniature marshmallows and continue baking until set. If canned potatoes are used, use only 1/2 cup milk.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
Put first 11 ingredients in a large bowl; work with hands to combine.
Don't overmix.
Form meat into 8 patties.
Grill or broil 3 inches from medium heat.
For rare meat, cook 8 minutes on the first side and 5 minutes after turning.
Place patty on bottom half of each roll.
Garnish with Italian sweet peppers, plum tomatoes and red onions, then top with remaining 1/2 of roll.

Peel and cut up sweet potatoes; cook in boiling water until soft.
Strips casings off of sausage and discard.
Crumble sausage into a frying pan and saute until done.

In a small mixing bowl stir together cranberry sauce, apricot
preserves
and
orange marmalade.\tSpoon over sweet potatoes.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Brown venison and drain.
Add venison to large pot; pour in V-8 juice and all veggies.
Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.
Add salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and onion as veggies are added. Serve with Italian sweet bread.

Place the sweet potatoes in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring the potatoes to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat and simmer about 20 to 30 minutes, until the potatoes are done. Check by piercing with a fork; there should be no resistance. Drain well.
Mash the sweet potatoes with a potato masher or fork, or use a food mill.
Add the lime juice and stir well. Add the milk and stir. Add Cajun seasoning, to taste.

Cook potatoes; drain and mash while still warm.
Add balance of ingredients (except marshmallows), as listed, stirring well after each addition.
Grease an ovenproof casserole; add mashed sweet potatoes.
Top with miniature marshmallows, just to cover top of the potato mixture.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Season pork with salt & pepper.
Place in crock pot and pour in sweet vermouth.
Cook on low 8 hours.
Cut sweet potatoes in cubes. I usually cut them in medium size cubes.
Cut onion up however you want.
Toss onion and potato in olive oil.
Put it all on a baking sheet and salt and pepper it all.
Bake at 350\u00b0F until fork tender. You can eat it just as is or mash it up a bit and add a little butter. But either way it tastes great! You can also change it up a little bit with other herbs and spices.
