Oriental Meat Pie

Fry the onions until golden brown, and then remove from pan to a small dish.
Brown meat.
Add molasses, soy sauce, salt and hot water to cover.
Simmer for about 1 1/2 hours.
Add celery and simmer another 15 minutes.
Add chop suey vegetables and mushrooms (juice and all).
Simmer until all vegetables and meat are tender. Pour into baking dish and cover with Bisquick Meat Pie Recipe to which has been added a small amount of celery seed.

Italian Meat Pie

Brown ground beef and drain.
Add green pepper and cook 2 minutes.
Add water, tomato paste and spaghetti sauce mix; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup Parmesean cheese on bottom of pie shell.
Spread 1/2 meat mixture on top of parmesean and then layer 1 cup Mozarella.
Layer remaining meat mixture.
Top with 1/4 cup Parmesean.
Bake on cookie sheet in 400-degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
Sprinkle with 1 cup Mozarella and heat until melted (10 minutes).

Deep Dish Italian Meat Pie

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
Brown beef in large skillet.
Drain, add green pepper and cook 2 minutes.
Dissolve cornstarch in water and add to skillet along with tomatoes and all seasonings.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Sprinkle half of Parmesan cheese over bottom of pie crust.
Cover with half of meat mixture, then half of Mozzarella, followed by the remaining meat mixture.
Bake pie on cookie sheet 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella cheese and return to oven 5 more minutes or until cheese melts.

Pack mixture onto bottom and halfway up sides of an ungreased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

Preheat oven to 400.
Combine potatoes, carrot, rutabaga, onion, ground beef, salt and pepper. It is good to use your hands to get it well combined.
Line pie pan with one crust, add vegetable and meat mixture.
Slice butter into patties and put on top of the vegetable/meat mixture.
Put top crust on and puncture in a few places with a fork.
Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
Let sit for about 10 minutes before serving.
