Spaghetti And Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. olive or salad oil
2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes (4 c.)
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste (1 1/3 c.)
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. crushed oregano
1 bay leaf
1 recipe Italian Meat Balls
hot cooked spaghetti
Preparation
-
Cook
onion
and garlic in hot oil until tender but not brown. Stir
in
the
next 8 ingredients, simmer uncovered 30 minutes; remove bay leaf.
Add Italian Meat Balls and continue
cooking
30 minutes
longer.
Serve
over
hot spaghetti. Makes 6 servings.
