Italian Meat Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    3/4 c. water
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
    16 oz. tomato paste
    1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
    1 pie crust
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Brown ground beef in skillet; add green pepper and onion.
    Cook 2 minutes.
    Add water, tomato paste and spaghetti sauce mix.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle 1/2 Parmesan cheese over bottom of pie crust.
    Spread 1/2 of meat sauce, then sprinkle 1 cup Mozzarella.
    Layer remaining meat sauce and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake on cookie sheet for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella cheese.
    Return to oven until cheese melts.
