Italian Meat Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1/3 c. chopped bell pepper
3/4 c. water
6 oz. tomato paste
1 2 oz. spaghetti sauce mix
1 deep dish pie shell
1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 2 c. grated mozzarella
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Brown beef and drain.
Add green pepper and cook 2 minutes.
Stir in water, paste and sauce mix. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle parmesan over bottom of frozen pie crust.
Spread meat mixture with 1 c. mozzarella. Repeat layers except mozzarella.
Bake 15 minutes.
Top with mozzarella.
Return to oven and melt cheese.
