For the Crawfish Sauce:
Heat a large skillet
hrimp completely. Reserve shells for sauce (recipe to follow) and rinse shrimp
Combine ingredients in small saucepan.
Simmer 20 minutes. Brush sauce on spareribs, chicken or hamburgers during baking, broiling or grilling.
Put meat in heavy kettle.
Add onions, carrots, celery, bay leaves and salt and pepper.
Just about cover the meat with boiling water.
Cover kettle and simmer for 3 to 4 hours.
Remove, slice and serve in Horseradish Sauce (recipe follows).
Sprinkle with parsley.
Prepare Crawfish Cream: Sprinkle the crawfish with the Creole

NOTE: This is the base for my chicken barbecue sauce recipe which calls for 1/2 cup bbq sauce, 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 cup soy sauce--to DIE FOR!

Squeeze the bag or rinse with a little water.
Add tomato sauce and the rest of the seasoning.
Cook 20 to 30 minutes.
Add cornstarch at this time (dissolve in cup of water). Cook until mixture thickens.
You can add more cornstarch if needed.
Simmer about 10 minutes more.
It's done!!!
Serve over rice.
