Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
In large mixer bowl, beat flour, sugar, butter, eggs and syrup until smooth.
Pour into pan.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until top springs back when touched.
Cool completely in pan.
Spread mint cream layer on cake (recipe follows).
Chill.
Pour chocolate topping over dessert (recipe follows).
Cover and chill.

Hershey'S Double Chocolate Mint Dessert

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease rectangular pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch). In a large mixer bowl, beat flour, sugar, butter, eggs and syrup until smooth.
Pour into pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until top springs back when touched.
(Top may appear wet.)
Cool completely in pan.
Spread Mint Cream Layer on cake (see recipe).
Chill. Pour Chocolate Topping over dessert (see recipe).
Chill.
Cover.

Perfectly Chocolate Hershey'S Hot Cocoa

Mix sugar, cocoa and salt in large mug.
Heat milk in microwave at HIGH(100%) for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until hot.
Gradually add hot milk to cocoa mixture in mug, stirring until well blended.
Stir in vanilla.
VARIATIONS:
Rich and Adult: Increase cocoa to 2 tablespoons; follow recipe.
Lower Fat: Use nonfat milk; follow recipe.
Sugar Free: Omit sugar. Combine cocoa and salt. Proceed as above, using nonfat milk. Stir in vanilla and sugar substitute with sweetening of 2 tablespoons sugar.

Combine marshmallows, Hershey bars and milk in top of double boiler.
Heat until melted; cool.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour in baked pie crust and chill at least 2 hours.
(Double recipe and put in 13 x 9-inch pan for large desserts.)

Neiman-Marcus Cookies(Recipe May Be Halved)

Measure oatmeal, and blend in a blender to a fine powder. Cream the butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla, mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and soda.
Add chocolate chips, Hershey bar, and nuts.
Roll into balls and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes in 375 degree oven.
Makes 112 cookies.

Mrs. Field'S Cookie Recipe

Cream together the butter, sugar and brown sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Mix together the flour, oatmeal (put small amounts of oatmeal into blender until it turns to powder), salt, baking powder and baking soda.
Mix all those ingredients and add chocolate chips, Hershey candy bar (grated) and chopped nuts.

No Bake Hershey'S Bar Pie

Heat milk and marshmallows in top of a double boiler.
Add Hershey bar and stir until melted and combined.
Allow to cool to room temperature.
Whip cream until stiff.
Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture and pour into the graham cracker crust.
Chill at least one hour or until firm.

Hershey'S Chocolate Magic Mousse Pie

Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small bowl. Let stand 2 minutes to soften.
Add boiling water. Stir until gelatin is completely dissolved and mixture is clear. Cool slightly.
Mix sugar and cocoa in large bowl.
Add whipping cream and vanilla.
Beat with mixer on medium speed until stiff, scraping bottom of bowl often.
Pour in gelatin mixture and beat until well blended.
Spoon into crust. Refrigerate about 3 hours.
Garhis with whipped cream and chocolate chips or Hershey's Mini Kisses.
Refrigerate leftovers.
