Neiman-Marcus Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. butter
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    5 c. blended oatmeal (measure and blend in a blender to a fine powder)
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    24 oz. chocolate chips (Hershey's semi-sweet)
    1 (8 oz.) grated Hershey chocolate candy bar
    3 c. nuts
    4 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cream the butter and both sugars.
    Add eggs and vanilla.
    Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and soda. Add chips, candy and nuts. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
    Roll into balls and place 2-inches apart on cookie sheet.
    Bake for 6 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Makes 112 cookies.
    Recipe can be halved.
