Brown meat; saute onion in large casserole dish.
Drain. Sprinkle dry noodles over meat.
Add dry seasonings, then pour tomatoes, sauce and very little water over noodles.

Reduce to low heat, cover and let simmer for 20 minutes, or until water is absorbed.
Do not stir.
Let sit for about 10 to 15 minutes before serving.

Mix tapioca, salt and fruit juice in a small saucepan.
Let it stand for 5 minutes.

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 5-7 mins then drain. Meanwhile, bring the stock to a boil. Add the carrots and leek and cook for about 6 mins then add the peas and cook for another 2 mins. Add the sausages and cook for another 4 mins then add the pasta and parsley and season with pepper.
