Ingredients

1 Tbsp. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. flour
1 egg
coarse salt (for sprinkling)

Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add honey, salt and flour; knead.
Roll pieces and form letters from the pieces.
Brush letters with beaten egg.
Sprinkle with coarse salt.
Bake for 10 minutes at 425\u00b0.
