Bulgarian Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can white Shoe Peg corn
    1 small can peas
    1 can French-style beans (green)
    1 c. celery, chopped fine
    1/2 c. green onion, chopped
    1 medium green mango pepper
    red mango pepper (add enough for color)
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix the ingredients together for the dressing. Heat until dissolved. After it is cool, pour over vegetables and serve. This will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, so you can enjoy as a side dish with supper or a healthy snack.
