Brown ground beef and drain.
Add onions, celery and garlic and cook until wilted.
Remove 12 outer leaves from cabbage; parboil these for 15 minutes.
Drain and set aside; cut up center of cabbage (not the core) to equal 1 cup.
Cook until tender and add to meat mixture with 1 teaspoon tomato paste.
Add rice; mix and stuff cabbage leaves.
Secure with toothpicks.
Remove center from head of cabbage.
Place cabbage head in large pan and cover with water.
Add vinegar.
Cook until leaves become soft and can be removed.
Line roaster pan bottom with some of the cooked cabbage leaves.
Mix hamburger, sausage, rice and seasonings together.
Place mixture on individual leaves and roll. Wrap with bacon slice and secure with a toothpick.
Place in roaster.
Dissolve 4 beef bouillon cubes in juice from cooked cabbage and pour over rolls.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, uncovered.

Grind cooked cabbage with the onion and meat
Shred remaining cabbage.
Boil 10 minutes in
Peel cabbage leaf by leaf trying not to break leaf.
Place in boiling salted water and cook until tender, drain.
Mix ground meat with rice, egg, salt, pepper and garlic salt or powder.
In center of cooked cabbage leaf place a small handful of meat mixture in center of leaf.
Roll cabbage, tucking in sides and fasten with toothpicks.
Place in 13 x 9-inch pan, pour tomato sauce on top of cabbages.
Sprinkle heavily with Parmesan cheese. Cook in 350\u00b0 oven, covered, for 1 1/2 hours.
Cook cabbage 3 to 5 minutes.
Peel leaves and set aside. Brown hamburger; drain off fat.
Add onion, green pepper and seasonings; simmer 5 minutes.
Mix rice in with hamburger.
Put mixture into separated cabbage leaves.
Roll up leaves and place in baking pan.
Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Pour tomato soup over and cabbage water over top of cabbage rolls.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Cut cabbage as you would to smother and cook in salted water until tender but still green.
Drain and reserve the liquid.
Cook ground beef with onions, garlic and other seasonings until brown. Mix cabbage with the meat, adding mushroom soup, green onions and cooked rice.
Before you think it is too dry, you can then add some of the liquid from the cooked cabbage.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Top with crumbs and bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 300\u00b0.

Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
