Gradually add flour, milk and mustard.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

Bake uncovered in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

Cut circles out of center of bread and put all aside.
Butter a 3-quart casserole and put extra bread in bottom of casserole. Place bread circles on broccoli, ham and cheese, layering in order given.
Mix milk, eggs, onion flakes and mustard.

Trim crusts from bread, cut slices and place bread on the bottom of casserole dish.

Cook the noodles according to package directions; drain. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a 2-quart round casserole dish.
Grind up leftover ham using the medium or coarse blade of a hand grinder or your food processor.
Blend together the milk, eggs, and salt. Be cautious with the salt as the ham is salty.
Combine the cooked noodles, ham, and the egg-milk mixture. Place in prepared casserole. Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes or until custard is set.

Preheat oven to 400 and grease a rectangular casserole dish.
Chop asparagus and ham into bite-size pieces.
Combine rice, asparagus and ham in casserole dish.
Combine soup and stock and pour over casserole.
Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes (test asparagus for preferred texture--I like mine a little crisp).
Sprinkle cheese on top and bake until melted.

Cook ham in butter until lightly browned.
Add the beaten eggs and scramble.
Put into greased 14 x 18-Pyrex pan.
Make a white sauce of the flour, butter and milk.
Add cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
Cook until cheese is melted.
Pour over the eggs-ham in casserole.
Sprinkle buttered crumbs on top and a dash of paprika on all.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
This may be made the day before and baked at breakfast time.

Peel and chop apples.
Mix with raisins and brown sugar.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Butter a 2 quart casserole.
Melt butter in large saucepan; blend in flour, salt and white pepper. Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened. Remove from heat and blend in cheese; add ham and cooked spaghetti. Stir well.
Spoon into prepared casserole. Cover and bake in preheated oven about 15 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly heated. Garnish with sliced hard-cooked eggs, if desired.
