Ham And Apples In Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices ham (1/2-inch thick)
    3 apples
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. apple juice
Preparation
    Arrange slices of ham in buttered, flat casserole.
    Peel and chop apples.
    Mix with raisins and brown sugar.
    Spoon over ham in casserole.
    Top with second slice.
    Pour apple juice over all. Bake at 400\u00b0
    for 30 minutes, basting several times.
