How to Microwave the Mountain: Crumble beef into 2-quart casserole dish. Stir in 1/2 cup of salsa, onion salt, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cover. Microwave on High for 4 to 6 minutes, or until beef is no longer pink, stirring once or twice to break apart. Drain; stir in remaining 1/2 cup salsa and beans. On a platter, mound mixture into a rounded shape, about 9-inches.
Cream together margarine and cream cheese with mixer.
Beat in tuna, onion, lemon juice, salt, pepper and tarragon until smooth. Chill.
Shape into a mountain on a plate.
Cover with parsley and sprinkle top with egg.

In a saucepan bring 4 cups water to a boil. Add rice and stir. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine chicken soup and broth. Stir and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, or until heated through.
On 8 plates layer cooked rice, chow mein noodles, chicken soup mixture, tomatoes, celery, green pepper, green onion, pineapple, cheese and more chicken soup mixture. Top with almonds, coconut and pimentos.
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add green beans, and cook uncovered until just tender, 3 to 4 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the butter with the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When the beans are almost tender, drain and add to the skillet. Continue cooking the green beans in the butter until they are tender, about 2 minutes more.
Season the beans with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Place onto a warmed serving dish, and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
Mix all ingredients together using Mountain Dew as the liquid. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes in 3 layers (9-inch pans).

Dissolve jello in hot water and cool.
Add Mountain Dew and pineapple juice.
