Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water.
Add juice and water to make 1 cup cold water.
Chill jello until firm.
Let cream cheese soften.
Mix with pineapple.
Beat jello; add Cool Whip, then add cream cheese and pineapple.
Mix jello, cream cheese and mayonnaise together.
Put hot water over this; mix well, then put the juice of a can of cocktail, plus enough cold water to make 1 cup.
Mix all this together.
Put this in an 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 5-inch container. Place in refrigerator 1/2 to 3/4 hour, or until it begins to set up.
Take out of refrigerator.
Mix the fruit cocktail, marshmallows and nuts with the other mixture.
Replace container in refrigerator until it \"sets up.\"
This makes enough to serve 6 to 8 people.
Drain the fruit and empty into a large bowl.
Set aside.
In another large bowl, mix the whipped cream and jello.
Stir thoroughly. Fold fruit into whipped cream and jello mixture. Chill.
Prepare jello according to directions on package using liquids listed above.
Chill until syrupy.
Add fruit, making sure bananas are covered with liquid.
Serves 6.
Dissolve jello in 1 1/2 cups of hot water.
Reserve 1/3 cup to mix with mayonnaise.
Add canned pineapple and juice.
Stir in cottage cheese.
Mix the mayonnaise with 1/3 cup hot jello and add to the rest of mixture.
Add nuts last.
Set in refrigerator.
Mix package of Jell-O with 1 cup hot water; cut in cream cheese with beater and add lemon juice.
Add 1 cup of drained juice from can of fruit for salad.
Add whipped cream and mayonnaise and pinch of salt.
Add drained fruit and small can of crushed pineapple.
Dissolve and melt jello and marshmallows in hot water.
Add pineapple, bananas and 7-Up; let jell.
Put pineapple, apple and banana in when jello is setting.
In medium-size mixing bowl, empty cottage cheese.
Add dry jello; mix until absorbed into cottage cheese.
Mix in crushed pineapple that has been drained.
Chill and serve!
Drain fruit for salad, mandarin oranges and pineapple.
Add pie mix.
Chill (overnight is better).
Before serving, add melon balls, bananas or strawberries.
Bring pineapple to boil.
Add jello; stir until completely dissolved.
Cool.
Add remaining ingredients.
You may use any combination of Jell-O and fruit you want. (Lime Jell-O and pineapple, orange Jell-O and mandarin oranges.)
Mix and cool lemon jello, dash of salt and sugar in boiling water.
Add marshmallows (cut up), 1 cup milk and salad dressing; mix until jello is dissolved.
Let stand until begins to set.
Add 1 can fruit cocktail, drain, fold in whipped cream.
Choose fruit and jello flavors to match, e.g., orange jello with mandarin oranges, mixed fruit jello with fruit cocktail, lime jello with pears or pineapple.
Can be any combination you like. Drain fruit well.
Combine Cool Whip, cottage cheese and fruit in a bowl.
Add dry jello powder and mix well.
Refrigerate until set.
If using fresh fruit, clean and peel hard
arge box of strawberry-banana jello according to package directions. Let
Mix jello and hot water.
Add fruit juice to jello mixture. Set aside 1 cup of jello mixture to chill and whip later.
Add fruit to mixture and pour into 9 x 13-inch dish.
Let set.
Mix as you would any jello salad.
Serves 10.

As with many old recipes, it lacks a bit of detail in the instructions (Use sugar-free jello for diabetic or lowcarb menus).
Dissolve jello in water and cool.
Add 7-up.
Add marshmallows, crushed pineapple, and bananas.
Pour into a 9 x 13 pan or glass dish.
Put in refrigerator to set.
To make frosting, mix sugar, flour, juice and egg in saucepan and heat until thickened.
Wait for mixture to cool.
Add cool whip to mixture.
Frost jello salad.
Keep in refrigerator.
Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Stir cranberry sauce in thoroughly.
Add pineapple, nuts and wine.
Pour into a 13x9-inch glass dish. or other mold of your choice, and chill for 24 hours.
WHEN READY TO SERVE:.
Stir cream cheese until soft, add sour cream and beat well. Spread on top of Jello.
