Fruit Custard Pie

Mix sugar and flour together.
Add butter and mix, then add eggs and milk.
Place peaches or raspberries in unbaked pie crust. Add custard mixture. Bake like a custard pie.

Egg Custard Pie

Beat eggs slightly.
Add sugar, salt and vanilla.
Add milk while stirring constantly.
Sprinkle nutmeg over pie after filling crusts.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Do not overbake.
You may add 3/4 to 1 cup coconut to recipe for Coconut Custard Pie.
Pie is done when jiggled and center appears firm, but soft.

Fruit Custard Pie

Mix eggs with salt.
Add sugar and beat well.
Add milk and beat again.
Put whatever fruit you desire in it or leave it plain.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then turn oven to 350\u00b0 and bake until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Apple Custard Pie

Beat all ingredients together. Bake in unbaked pie shell like a custard pie until knife comes out clean (450\u00b0 for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake 50 minutes or until done).

Rhubarb Custard Pie

Scald rhubarb in boiling water to cover.
Keep tightly covered and allow to stand several minutes before draining. Prepare mixture of eggs, flour, sugar and lemon juice.
Add drained rhubarb to this mixture, stirring gently to mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake as for any custard pie.

Fruit Glaze Pie

In a saucepan, mix 1/2 quart fruit (mashed), sugar, cornstarch and water.
Cook over medium heat, stirring, until thick and clear. Remove from heat and cool.
Place rest of fruit in pie shell. Pour cooled fruit on top. Chill until firm, 2 hours.

Fruit-Glaze Pie

Slice fruit into baked pie shells.
Mix sugar, jello and cornstarch in medium saucepan. Add cold water and lemon juice. Bring to a boil for 1 minute. Spoon hot glaze over fruit in pie shells.
Chill.
Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.

Mock Apple Pie

Make 2 crust pie recipe. Put water, sugar and cream of tartar in a pan and bring to a boil. Add Ritz crackers and bring to a boil; boil 1 minute. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover with top pie crust. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.

No-Crust Cream Cheese Pie

Preheat oven to 350.
Grease (or spray w/ nonstick cooking spray) a 10-inch pie dish.
In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, eggs, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla until creamy. Pour into greased pie dish. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for about 10 minutes (Don't turn off oven). In a small bowl, mix together sour cream and 3 Tbsp sugar---pour on top of pie.
Return to 350 degree oven for additional 10 minutes. Cool 1 hour then chill. May top with fresh fruit or pie filling.

Oriental Meat Pie

Fry the onions until golden brown, and then remove from pan to a small dish.
Brown meat.
Add molasses, soy sauce, salt and hot water to cover.
Simmer for about 1 1/2 hours.
Add celery and simmer another 15 minutes.
Add chop suey vegetables and mushrooms (juice and all).
Simmer until all vegetables and meat are tender. Pour into baking dish and cover with Bisquick Meat Pie Recipe to which has been added a small amount of celery seed.

Fruit Cheesecakes

Cream the cream cheese and 1 cup sugar. Beat in eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spoon into muffin tin about 2/3 full. Bake 40 minutes at 300\u00b0. Remove and cool. Then combine sour cream, 1/3 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Top each cake with mixture. Return to oven for 5 minutes. Cool. Top with fruit or pie filling. Makes about 18 mini cheesecakes.

Crazy Crust Pie

Melt margarine in a dish in the oven.
While margarine is melting, mix flour and sugar together in another bowl; then add milk, mixing until smooth.
Pour this mixture into melted margarine dish.
Do not stir.
Then spoon your choice of fruit or pie filling on.
Cook at 325\u00b0 until done.
Simple but great.
