Egg Custard With Fruit(Pie) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. plain flour (heaped)
1 egg
1 c. milk, if using fruit
fruit (blackberries, cherries or strawberries)
unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients except fruit and pie shell.
Put fruit in unbaked pie shell.
Pour mixture over fruit and bake at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
