Fruit Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 1/2 c. stewed apples or peaches
    1/2 c. sugar or to tate
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Line 8 or 9-inch pie plate with pastry.
    Stew fruit (dried apples are best) in small amount of water.
    When tender, mash and add sugar.
    Cool.
    Pour into pastry and spread evenly.
    Make custard of eggs, beaten with sugar.
    Slowly add milk, mixing well. Add melted butter and extract.
    Pour over fruit.
    Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 12 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
    Bake until custard is set.
    Let cool before cutting.
