Heat milk in double boiler until as hot as possible.
Add salt, pepper and Schilling savor salt.
Then add butter.
When all are combined thoroughly, add oyster meat.
Simmer 1/2 hour or until oysters surface.
Skim off oysters and portion into serving bowls.
Let milk mixture simmer 15 to 30 minutes longer, then ladle over oysters.

Heat frozen oyster stew in
2-quart<
Thaw and drain crab meat.
Cook and drain spinach according to package directions.
In a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole, alternate layers of croutons, spinach and crab meat, until all are used, beginning and ending with croutons.
Season white sauce with cayenne and pour over casserole contents.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs; dot with butter.
Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 until heated through and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
Serves 4.

large pan add Ranch Style beans, tomatoes, cubed potatoes
and

TO MAKE
Using a whisk, beat the eggs in a small bowl. Add the milk and whisk until a bit frothy. In a second, larger bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. Add in the egg mixture and mix until you have a smooth batter. Fold in the oysters and their liquor until they are evenly coated.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet until very hot. Ladle out 3 or 4 oysters and fry until golden brown on both sides, about 4 - 6 minutes. Remove and drain. Serve with tartar sauce or lemon slices and enjoy the first oyster harvest of the fall.
