Frozen Banana Yogurt

Slice bananas and drop in blender jar of food processor bowl. If using frozen banana, partially thaw, snip off end of skin, and squeeze directly into food processor.
Add remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
Freeze until mushy. Beat and pour into popsicle molds.
Freeze until firm. To unmold, hold in hand or let set at room temperature until mold will slide off. Enjoy.

Banana Smoothie

Break frozen banana in chunks.
In blender, combine banana, vanilla and milk; blend until smooth.
Sweeten with maple syrup, if desired.
Makes 1 (1 1/2 cup) serving.

Banana Almond Date Soy Smoothie

Add banana, almonds, and dates, preferably cut into smaller pieces, in a food processor or blender. Add some of the soy milk.
Run the blender for roughly one minute, adding more soy milk until you like the consistency. You don't want lumps of frozen banana in the drink, so make sure it is all smoothiefied. Don't run too long, or the almonds will disappear.
Enjoy.

Banana Coconut Smoothie

Peel banana and cut into large chunks. (You can put the frozen banana under hot water to make it easier to peel).
Add yogurt, milk, coconut milk, banana, honey, and lime juice to blender. Blend until smooth.
Add more milk to make it thinner, ice to make it thicker.

In blender put Slim Fast, dry milk, ice and water.
Blend until completely blended, ice completely chopped.
Add frozen banana pieces.
Blend just until banana is blended.

Frozen Banana Treat

Freeze unpeeled banana, remove from freezer, slice through peel lengthwise and remove peel.
Slice frozen banana and toss with brown sugar and yogurt.
Top with chopped nuts, if desired.

Peanut Butter Banana Breakfast Smoothie

Puree the frozen banana in a blender, processing for about 30 seconds.
Add the peanut butter, process again.
Now add the ice cubes, and process until some of them are crushed.
Finally, add the milk, process until smooth and pour into a tall glass to drink.

Quick Banana Ice Cream

Tip the frozen banana chunks into the food processor.
Add the vanilla essence, sugar and half the buttermilk.
Turn on the processor and let it run for a few moments. While it is still running, pour in the remaining buttermilk in a thin steady stream.
Let the machine run until the mixture is beautifully smooth and creamy.
Serve at once.

5 Minute Pb&Banana Ice Cream

First, peel your banana. I used a paring knife. Break it into chunks and add to a blender.
Next, add one tablespoon of creamy peanut butter to the blender.
Pulse this mixture until a creamy dreamy mixture is achieved.
Scoop it all into a bowl, top with ground flax, and enjoy!

Strawberry-Banana Freeze

Freeze banana until firm.
Cut frozen banana into chunks. In a blender combine the banana, evaporated milk, sugar and vanilla. Cover and blend until smooth.
With blender running, slowly add the frozen berries one or two at a time through opening in lid.
Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.

Banana Shake

Peel ripe banana; cut in half and freeze.
Cut the banana into 3 or 4 pieces.
Put the ice cubes in blender on lowest speed to chop up the ice.
Add the pieces of frozen banana and allow them to be chopped up.
Add the milk, flavoring and sugar substitute and blend for a few seconds to mix.
Pour in a glass and serve.

Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Crush ice cubes in blender.
Add a few tablespoons of cold water.
Chop/slice frozen banana into pieces.
Add banana, strawberries and yogurt into blender.
Blend until smooth, add a little water if it's too thick.
Sit back and chill out with the healthy smoothie.

Mango Peach Banana Smoothie

Combine mango nectar, peach yogurt, and frozen yogurt in pitcher of a blender; add peach slices and banana chunks. Blend until smooth, 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Frozen Banana Cappuccino

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until frothy and all the banana and coffee cubes are pureed.
Pour into glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg, cinnamon or cocoa.

Berry Banana Smoothie

Freeze cut up banana in a plastic bag, then use pieces straight from freezer.
In a blender container, combine the frozen banana pieces, desired berries, orange juice and yogurt.
Cover and blend until smooth.

Banana Raspberry Slush

Remove plastic wrap from banana.
Cut frozen banana into 1/2-inch pieces.
Place in a blender.
Add milk, raspberries and honey and blend until very thick and smooth, stopping to scrape down as necessary.
Adjust sweetness to taste.
Serve immediately.

Awesome Banana Walnut Shake

Place banana, yogurt, walnuts, and 1 tablespoon honey in a blender.
Blend on low speed until ingredients start to mix together. Then increase to high speed and blend until smooth. For a sweeter smoothie, add another tablespoon of honey. Serve immediately.
Tip: To make a frozen banana, peel and cut the banana into chunks. Wrap in plastic and place in freezer several hours or overnight.
