Banana Milkshake(Low-Fat, Lo-Cal, Low Cholesterol) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. skim milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 banana, sliced and frozen
1/2 tsp. Sweet 'N Low
Preparation

Put milk in blender.
Add vanilla and frozen banana, a little at a time.
If a thicker shake is desired, add ice.
