Tip: Can be prepared in less time if veggies are pre-cooked in the microwave and onion is fried with kielbasa and garlic. Just add all ingredients to a large pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for an hour or so to blend flavors.
Can double recipe and freeze extra in a Zip-Loc for a quick future meal.

Heat your skillet to medium. Add 1/2 cup of beer and 5 bratwurst. Cover and cook for 10 minutes; turn the brats over and cook 10 minutes more.
When brats are finished, add sauerkraut and mustard stir until blended and heated through.
Top with grated Swiss cheese while warm.
Serve with fried potatoes for a delicious meal.
Cook and stir bacon and onions in a skillet until bacon is crisp.

Simmer pork steaks until tender.
Drain can of sauerkraut. Cook noodles as directed.
Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water for 5-10 mins then drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a large saucepan and saute salami. Add onions and peppers, briefly cook then add sauerkraut and cook for about 10 mins. Add potatoes then transfer 1/2 mixture to a greased baking dish.
