Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. salad or olive oil
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. caraway seed (optional)
    3/4 c. grated carrots
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. sauerkraut, rinsed, drained and chopped
    2 tart apples
Preparation
    Combine oil, sugar and spices.
    Stir sauerkraut into oil mixture.
    Add apples and grated carrots.
    Toss to coat.
    Very good with fried fish.
    Serves 4.
