Peel and seed the cucumbers.
Put the cucumbers in a blender or food processor.
Pulse to chop.
Squeeze the juice from 1 lemon and add the juice to the blender/processor.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Blend 3-5 seconds.
The dressing should be the consistency of liquidy applesauce.

Greek Yogurt Chicken

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Coat a baking pan with cooking spray.
Mix Greek yogurt, Parmesan cheese, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and ground black pepper together in a bowl.
Arrange chicken breasts in a single layer in the prepared baking pan. Spread Greek yogurt mixture on top of chicken; sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
Bake uncovered in the preheated oven until chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 40 minutes.

Greek Yogurt Cream Of Asparagus Soup

Spray medium pot with olive oil spray.
Grill onion over medium heat till soft.
Add chicken stock.
Snap asparagus into small pieces, getting rid of woody ends and add to pot.

Sugar-Free Angel Food Cake

Buy already made angel food cake.
About 1 1/2-inch from top of cake, slice top off of cake and place aside.
